My mom grew the most beautiful roses. I loved to look at all the different varieties that she had in her garden. My favorite was the Peace Rose. She had one rose bush that she had named the Papa Lon bush. Because it was a rose bush her dad, my grandfather had given her when we moved to the house. It was his favorite variety. I wish I could say that I have the same luck green thumb she had, when it comes to roses. But I do not. I have planted many and most of them have died. Although recently I have found that I have better luck with the Blanket Roses, so that makes me happy.
Fortunately for me I have much better results creating cards with roses. This card was so fun and simple to make.
